Pet care experience
Friends and family have always relied on me to take care of their pets since I was young. I love going for walks, cuddling with animals and giving them the love that they deserve! I've dealt with puppies, kittens, dogs, cats, fish, etc. There has never been an issue I couldn't resolve, a mess I couldn't clean or an animal I couldn't love. They are my life!

Ferlyn was an AMAZING dogsitter who took incredible care of our pups and house for five days. One of our dogs has anxiety and several quirks, which means that my husband and I are always nervous about how she'll get along with new dogsittters. It turns out that we didn't need to worry at all, because Ferlyn handled everything with ease and gave us frequent updates. As other reviews have mentioned, Ferlyn also leaves your house cleaner than she found it :) We're so thankful to have found Ferlyn and look forward to using her services in the future.

How I care for a pet in my home or my client's home is to follow the client routine. When I have extra time, I spend it with the pets whether that be going for walks, playing in the yard or just hanging out.

Some things that I like to know about a pet ahead of time is their exercise habits, so I can plan my day around that. I also would like to know if there are any potty issues or anything similar just so I can prepare for that as well!
A typical day
Places that I would take the dog(s) out for a walk would either be at Auke Rec or Sandy Beach so they can run around and play as long as they please. For senior dogs, I usually like to walk the Wetlands trail near the golf course so the terrain isn't too challenging and they can go their own pace.

I am currently working full-time for SEARCH Tue-Sat from 8am-5pm. On my free time I babysit, dog-sit, cat-sit and everything in between. I am flexible on my days off with any time and any place, as long as I can make you and your pet happy!
