I've been raised around dogs since I was 12. I grew up with a siberian husky, chocolate lab, pitbull mix, german shepherd, and now I am owned by a very needy, mostly blind border collie mix. I want to be a dog sitter because I love dogs and want to make sure that they feel loved while their parents are out of town. While watching your fur babies, we will play, cuddle, and - weather permitting - take a nice walk around a local lake or take a little hike. I work part - time and go to school, which is why I prefer to do drop by visits. I am available to do two drop by visits per day (or three on the weekends). If your pup likes to meet other dogs, I'd be more than happy to bring my pup along for visits and walks. He loves making new friends. Stubborn dogs don't bother me. If you have a dog that pulls while on leash, I can handle it. If your dog is very energetic, I can take them on runs and play with them. If your pup just wants to cuddle, we can snuggle on the floor or couch (whatever is your house rule). If you have a fur baby who needs medications at certain times of the day or any other special requirements (mine has to wear doggles to protect his eyes outdoors), that does not bother me at all. What sets me apart from other sitters is that special requirements for dogs don't bother me one bit. I have a dog with special needs and understand how hard it can be to find a sitter willing to go the extra mile to make sure that he is doing okay. I am willing to go that extra mile to make sure that all dogs feel cared for while their owners are away.
