Pet care experience
Kai is our first fur baby, so we know how deep that bond goes. We offer care for your dog with the same level of care we provide for our own. We have both had family dogs of many breeds, sizes, and temperaments. We spend a lot of time outside and rarely leave our pup alone. We are happy to accommodate individual activity levels and provide as much or as little activity as needed.

Felicia and Michelle took SUCH amazing care of my dog. She is reactive and not great with other dogs, and they made sure she was safe and didn’t interact with other dogs on walks. More than that though, when the AC in my apartment broke and my apartment went up to 85 degrees they took her to their apartment to make sure she didn’t overheat, being careful to make sure that she didn’t interact with their dog at home. I couldn’t thank them enough for their quick thinking and care for my girl!

In a clients home I would respect and follow any rules or guidance they provide. In our home we would play and spend time outside regularly. We have many large green areas surrounding our condo as well as great walking paths and trails. We are also within walking distance to several dog parks. Dogs are like family, so anything we do, the dogs do as well. They are allowed on all furniture and beds in our puppy proof home. We also have many great snacks for dogs. I also like to bake my own and make fresh treats for Kai to enjoy. Treats would only be offered with permission from owners and any dietary restrictions or requests would be followed completely.

How frequently they need to go out for potty breaks. Energy level, how they interact with other dogs, level of comfort going to the dog park, temperament on leash. Any special treats or toys they need/like. If they have any food aggressive behavior so I can separate if needed for feeding.
A typical day
Our days typically consist of cuddles, walks, fetch, indoor and outdoor play, and at least an hour outdoor activity. Activities are flexible based on the needs and energy level of dogs staying with us.

Availability
I work from home on Thursdays and Michelle is home all day on Fridays. Most Saturdays and Sundays are spent going to the dog park, walks, hikes and many other adventures spending time with our beagle Kai. Your dog would fit right into that and spend as much time with us as she does. Your dog would rarely be alone when they stay with us. We can go on walks and out for potty breaks in the many green areas surrounding our condo as needed or preferred.
