My husband and I currently have a 2 year old lab, a 9 year old special needs adopted French bull dog and an adopted orange kitty. We both have previously rescued many animals from senior cats to Pitbulls to German Shepherds. I have a several years of previous experience working for a full service pet care company where I took care of dogs I held daycare, visited owners homes for daily walks and potty breaks, stayed overnight in my home or in the owners home when needed. Additionally, I have taken both cats and dogs to vet appointments whether it be for a check up or even a spay/neuter appointment. I have also volunteered at numerous animal shelters and watched pets for family and friends. An extra perk, is my dogs will love to meet and play with new friends! Our fenced in yard, available baby gates, lots of toys and our dogs will entertain your fur babies and keep them as comfortable as possible during their stay. will treat every pet in my care as though it is my own.

Felicia was wonderful with Jessie. Jessie was unsocialized and had not been dogsat before, so I was worried about how she would do. Felicia didn’t seem to rush or push her into situations where she would feel uncomfortable (she kept Jessie apart from other dogs) and gave her time to adjust. She settled in and things seemed to go very well! I got multiple pictures every day and Jessie was snuggling with Felicia and doing well with the other dogs. I felt that Jessie was well taken care of there. ❤️

Our two dogs love to play, cuddle and meet other dogs. They love all animals and people alike. However, if your fur baby desires more time on their own, we have plenty of room, and baby gates to make each dog as comfortable and content as possible. Lots of toys, cuddles on the couch and time outdoors helps too! I absolutely love taking pictures, as well! Given you are comfortable, I will take photos throughout their stay and be sure to share them with you.

(Giving medications, putting on and changing diapers, or accommodating a walk with a doggy stroller) I will go above and beyond to provide anything they need to maintain their daily routine and feel comfortable.
A typical day
I love to keep your dog mentally and physically stimulated. We will play, snuggle if they desire, go for a walk or play in the back yard with other furry friends.

Availability
I’m currently home full time and have a very flexible schedule, which means lots of undivided attention for your fur baby! They will be able to take potty breaks as often as needed, play in the yard, or if they love walks we can head over to Lamar Park which is just a short distance from home.
