Pet care experience
Complete Transparency: I don't have years of experience taking care of other people's dogs, but I have my own dog, Wesson, who I have had since he was a puppy and he is almost 9 years old. Large Mastiff Mutt. He's wonderful and lives his best life. I have also taken care of my friend's and sister's dogs before from walking, feeding and dog sitting over night. I have cared for dogs of all sizes from big to small.

Felicia clearly loves taking care of animals. She took care of my dog and 2 cats for a week. She met the pets before we left on vacation so that she could get to know them before we left. She kept me posted with updates of how they were doing anytime I asked (she didn't initiate contact, which was nice because we were on vacation and it was nice to have a break). She took pictures of them and sent them to me when I asked. She even cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom where she stayed before we got home, which was really nice to come home to. She also added a really nice touch of giving each pet a "report card" as to how they behaved while we were gone! I highly recommend Felicia for anyone who is looking for a pet sitter, and I will definitely ask her to help us out in the future.
Felicia is wonderful with animals and people! She is caring, loving and knows exactly what your pet needs! She is a nurse as well, so she can handle health needs. Very trustworthy!!
Felicia did a wonderful job taking care of both my dogs. I asked her to walk them while I was working, and Felicia made sure they worked off their energy and did their business outside. My dogs absolutely love her and she did a great job with my more rambunctious pup. 10/10 would recommend.
Felicia is amazing with people + pets! She has the biggest heart + will go above + beyond to make sure your pet is loved + safe. She will also provide regular updates to the pet owners to keep their mind at ease! Could not recommend her enough for taking care of your fur baby!!

I have a fenced in yard and your fur baby will be accompanied by fur baby and make him/her feel at home. If your fur baby needs any extra TLC during our time together, they will gladly get it. If your dog needs any special needs like medication, etc. I feel very comfortable administering medications (it must be the nurse background, LOL). Your dog will feel safe and loved whether we are in your home and mine, and that I will always stand by that statement.

A typical day
I love a balance between stimulation and relaxation. I love to walk the West Hartford reservoir, around my neighborhood and Nod Brook Park. If your dog loves to go for a swim, this is a great place! I love stimulating and playing with dogs using their toys, plenty of walks and messing around with toys. If they need to relax and just need some belly rubs and want to sit outside and enjoy the scenery, we can do that too!

I am a full time school nurse, so as of right now, I will be available after 3:30pm, on weekends if needed, on school breaks and even over summer break!
