Felicia is super flexible and welcoming. She made Jam feel welcomed and loved right away. Sent pictures and updates.
Felicia was very responsive, and accomodating (hours, pickup flexibility). When our flight back was delayed she offered an extra night free of charge if need be. The only drawback was the lack of updates on her part (for example, pictures of our dog during the day so we get a sense of how she's doing). I suppose this could be easily solved by setting expectations beforehand. Will probably use her services again in the future - thanks Felicia!
Felicia took good care of my dog. She kept in touch effectively with fast response time. Very nice!
