I have owned and trained my own dogs for about 17 years, worked in pet stores for approx. 2 years, and worked in an animal hospital for approx. 3 years, walking, feeding, playing with, bathing, de-fleaing and de-ticking dogs, and helping the techs with patients. I have been grooming on the side for about 4 years. I can do simple haircuts, brush outs, nail trimmings, ear cleanings, express anal glands, face and sanitary shaves, brush teeth, and give thorough baths. I have experience caring for older dogs and also administering medicine orally. I know the basics of doggie first aid. My availability is normally Mon - Wed 9-3 pm, Thurs - Fri, 1 pm-7:30 pm, Saturday all day, and Sundays 3 pm-7:30 pm. I also own a doggie bakery, where we make all-natural, home-made dog treats, with no artificial preservatives, including, but not limited to, crunchy treats, birthday cakes, cupcakes, and special orders. I have a beautiful toddler who also loves to take walks and will occasionally be joining me on dog walks. I do like to meet the dogs I will be walking (and their parents) before I accept them, so I do like to schedule meet and greets, if time allows. I also have a big, awesome dog, but he won't be joining us for walks, as he isn't fond of other dogs all the time.
