I'll run, walk or jog with your dog

Pet care experience

I have always taken care of dogs from a young age as I grew up with a number of loveable rescue dogs in my family - I know that dogs come with their own unique character and therefore may need a little time to get used to new faces / surroundings. At the moment we don't have a dog but we do have the space in our heart and home to lovingly take care of your pet. My small family - me and my 9 year old boy - and comfortable flat can easily accommodate your much treasured pet, giving him/her plenty of affection and space. We love to exercise and burn off energy so will ensure your dog gets plenty of fresh air in our local park - this is literally a stone's throw away from our flat. At the moment we get our 'dog fix' from taking care of my parent's dog, a young boisterous lurcher as well as frequently taking care of friends' dogs. We can board your dog for the weekend or take your dog for walks during the week. I am flexible with time as I work from home and teach a couple of evenings a week at an adult education college. Look forward to hearing from you!

We left Coco with Faye for the weekend and I am very certain Coco had a better holiday then we did because Faye took such good care of him! He went on adventures, took great pics in the woods with daffs, socialised, claimed sofas and beds 😂 and was really well looked after. Faye made sure to send us regular updates on what he was up to. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Faye was absolutely brilliant with Vinnie. He came back very content and seemed to have lots of fun! She kept us updated the whole time with pictures and videos which we really appreciated as this was the first time using this app. I would definitely recommend Faye to anyone!

I have a comfortable duplex flat where dogs can make use of both floors. I am happy for dogs to get comfortable on the sofa or upstairs. I have a variety of comfortable spots for dogs to curl up in and take a rest. I'm always present when I have the company of a dog and take them for regular breaks in the shared garden outside as well as the adjacent park. Fresh water is always available.

Information Faye B. would like to know about your pet

It's really helpful if you can let me know if your dog has any special requirements/ dietary/ or any behaviours that I ought to be aware of. It can be helpful if there are any prompts or cues you wish me to follow when outdoors.

A typical day

I love to start the day early with a long walk in the park or one of my favourite spots - Lesnes Abbey or Shrewsbury Park - where I frequently go. If your dog has good recall perhaps a game of ball and some socialisation with other dogs at the park (depending on your wishes/ preference). After a rest and recharge we will head out again in the afternoon either to a local park or a gated area where I drive to, and again, if you're willing for me to allow your dog to run free in a gated park, ball games and treats all contribute to making your dogs stay a happy one! The evening consists of winding down, cuddles, strokes and music.
