This has been a really bad experience, personally I do not like to give anyone a bad review, but in this case I will, unfortunately choosing this sitter was not the best decision for my dog, when I dropped him she seemed to be in a rush, I was traveling and the sitter only texted me once until I reached out to check on how my dog was doing, she said that she had been busy and she didn’t took pictures of my dog, that she was going to do it later at night which she did not, she sent me a picture until the next day and noticed that my dog wasn’t wearing his harness for which I questioned her and she said that she doesn’t use harness on any of her dogs, she was using a leash which seemed more like a cable to me for which I was getting more worried about that he could get his neck damaged. Then she texted me again to tell me to pickup my dog either on Saturday (booking was until Sunday) because she wasn’t going to be available on Sunday as she was going to WPB to train other dogs at 6 am and that her staff didn’t handle pickups, otherwise that I had to pick him up until she was back, at this point I couldn’t feel more worried and upset at the same time, I had to change my flight on Sunday to an earlier flight as I honestly couldn’t wait until 4 pm to get back my dog, I arrived to the airport at 5 am and drove like crazy because I received another message from the sitter saying that she needed to shower my dog at last minute because he got diarrhea last night out of nowhere????? I just got home and my dog has been drinking water non stop for more than 2 min, he is clearly dehydrated, and he also has a weird smell, I am definitely taking him to vet later today to get him checked immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone to use this sitter.

Farrah was great with my dog. She gave me daily updates and my dog was happy and well taken care of.
