Pet care experience
I have some experience getting paid to house/animal sit when people are away and could provide a reference if need be! I am a 20 yo recent graduate from Metropolitan State University and am looking for side jobs to earn extra money. The fact that it may involve dogs and cats is just a bonus! I adore animals and their loving, curious, nurturing nature. I am very patient will all pets and love that they bring out some of the best sides of humans. Unlike some jobs, helping others out and interacting with animals doesn't seem like WORK to me. I currently live with a dog and have also owned a cat, ferrets, birds, and guinea pigs in the past. Farrah is incredible and went above and beyond her call of duty while watching my pup! She even took him home with her because he was anxious to be left alone. She was great! Highly recommend her!
Farrah was wonderful with our two pups and a cat! She came over for a meet and greet and they instantly liked her! She was very great at communicating and flexible when our details changed a bit. We came home to very satisfied animals!
Farrah took care of my dog, Nika while I was at the hospital all day and into the evening, so that I could be with my daughter while she had her baby. Farrah took Nika for several walks and made sure she had playtime and fun. She has watched Nika a few other times for me as well with little notice, she can be very flexible. I would definitely use Farrah again. I know that I am leaving Nika in great hands when I leave her with Farrah. Besides, Nika really loves her. When Farrah shows up to take care of Nika, she wags her tail and is so excited to see her.
Farrah is such a caring individual who has so much love for animals. My dog, Max, loves her and always gets so excited to see her. Max is my baby and is very, very spoiled. We only want the best for our sweet little family member and she is the best! I would pick Farrah every single time to watch or take care of my little Max.

Information Farrah A. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know a general description about the dog and any details that go into taking care of them. Do they have a naturally happy disposition? Or are they more mellow? Maybe a little timid of strangers? (All is okay!). What do they eat and how often? How often do they need to be taken out? Of course, if there is any medication needed to be given to the dog, I would want to know all about that. I am willing to administer medicine to dogs but only with proper guidance. I respect that every owner has their own system of taking care of their pet, so I want to learn of their methods in order to implement them myself. This way, the dog/cat would feel most comfortable with me, a stranger.
A typical day
New dogs = new areas to explore! I am but one person and have only seen a minute fraction of the world, so I would love to explore any new outdoor area around the owner's house. This could include parks, nature trails, etc. Part of pet-sitting also includes getting to know the dog's nature. How better to do that than by playing with them? Using their toys, seeing what tricks they may know, etc. And we can DEFINITELY cuddle and watch a movie together, haha!
