***I am currently on maternity leave and will return to work 9/1/25. I will be boarding only one dog at a time, prioritizing established clients.*** Hi, I'm Fang! I am located at 270 Empire Blvd and work from home as a dog sitter while caring for my baby. My husband and I share a small and clean first-floor apartment with our infant daughter. When I return to work in September, I will be servicing ONE dog at a time. When your dog stays with me, you will receive daily photos/videos. Your dog will receive attentive and compassionate care in the comfort and safety of my home, and plenty of attention as a solo guest! I prioritize respecting each dog's unique needs, preferences, and boundaries. Unfortunately, I cannot service dogs who are unfixed, not potty-trained, or have separation anxiety (continuous barking, destructive behavior, etc). If your dog has potty accidents during their stay, I will provide diapers. *** BOOKING A STAY ***
 I will not confirm a booking request until AFTER a Meet & Greet. The meeting is held in my home so you can see where your dog will be staying, and I can assess their temperament to see if we are a good fit. We will go over care instructions and pet preferences. The meeting is typically 15-30 minutes. If we are both comfortable, I will accept the booking request. At our Meet & Greet, we will discuss: your dog’s regular schedule, any food sensitivities/allergies, any habits that need attention (e.g. potty accidents, resource guarding, scavenging), any fears (e.g. loud sounds, vehicles, larger dogs), and any special needs/medical history I should be aware of. ***SAFETY*** Please ensure your dog is spayed/neutered, on a flea-tick preventative, and CURRENT on Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Thank you! ***HOME ENVIRONMENT*** Your dog is free to lounge on a full-sized sectional, with plenty of blankets and toys. I offer a variety of snacks, but it is best to bring your dog’s favorites! To prevent potential injury, I do not permit hard bone chews while under my care. ***TYPICAL DAY*** Your dog will receive morning and evening potty breaks, along with two mid-day neighborhood walks. Your dog will be leashed outside at all times. We can also play indoor fetch, do treat puzzles, and, of course, enjoy plenty of naps and cuddles! ***SCHEDULE*** DROP-OFF & PICK-UP: 8AM to 10PM If you cannot pick up by 10PM, please have your dog stay the night and pick up the next day by 10AM. Early drop-offs and pick-ups from 6AM-7:30AM incur a $10 fee.
