Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life, normally border collies, including puppies. My dog who unfortunately passed away had her own puppies and I helped look after them u til they had to fly the nest. I have 2 family dogs who are also border collies, one is a rescue who I have had to help with a lot of bad habits and my other one i have had since she was 12 weeks and is the most gorgeous girl. My dog who passed away sadly passed from a cancer in her neck, she was only 9, it took her to early, however it gave me an insight and practice at looking after extremely poorly and vulnerable dogs. I have an adorable little kitten which after i got her I found out she was way to young to leave her mum so i had to give her special care to make sure she grew as she should.

Faith was brill. She communicated well and was great when our train got delayed meaning we were home later than we thought we would be. Our dog is a bit of a scared cat and Faith was kind and patient as it took a little while for her to settle. I would recommend Faith to others. Thank you

I think pets need patience and understanding, if a new person I didn’t know came into my house I would be scared too so I don’t think it’s fair to blame them for being anxious. I think a gentle and kind approach is the best. If I am sitting in your house I will treat it with respect and leave it as lovely as I found it, I will follow any rules you set out exactly to give you a piece of mind that your home and pet is safe and being looked after.

Age, temperament, anything that scares them or they are afraid of, feeding schedule, walking schedule, how they are with their toilet training and anything else that doesn’t fit the basic standard of looking after a dog.
A typical day
It all depends on the specific dog I am looking after, if they are a cuddly dog I will ensure they get lots of rubs and cuddles, if they love to play then I will play and so on, I get enjoyment out of making the dogs day and making a friend out of them.

Having animals all my life I am used to looking after them as part of my routine, I wake up and check their water, it’s a habit now, for my lovely kitten I have I have a feeding routine which I stick too, I am completely flexible though and can follow your animals routine as you like.
