Pet care experience
I have been around animals my entire life; I basically grew up in a zoo. I have consistently sat for friends and family while they were out of town since I was 16, volunteered in animal shelters in high school, was a veterinary kennel tech, and pet sat professionally through college and after graduation. I have taken care of nearly every breed of dog, cat, and exotic pet under the sun.

Faith is a phenomenal cat and house sitter!! They were able to win over our extremely shy cat, Kiki, pretty much immediately. Kiki even asked for belly rubs! Beyond Faith’s gift for connecting with kitties, they were very punctual, inquired about & followed our kitties daily routines and took great care of our house and plants while we were gone for 8 days. It’s a huge relief to know my cats are safe and loved while we are out of town. We look forward to being repeat customers!

Your babies won't have to go anywhere, I can come to you! Neither you nor your pet will have to stress over travel or travel arrangements. I can drop in to spend time with and care for them in the spaces where they're most comfortable, whether that be for short visits, walks, or overnight stays.

Please let me know of any specific or special needs your pets may have, such as diet restrictions, allergies, medication and medical conditions, obedience commands,favorite toys or activities, important behavior notes or cues, etc, so that I can give them the best and safest experience while I am with them.
A typical day
Enrichment is essential for any pet's well being. For dogs, if they are able, a good walk and play time is a must, with plenty of love and encouragement all around (and maybe a snack if the humans say its okay:) ). I love to provide things like puzzles, hide and seek with treats, and sensation enrichment with toys and other tools for them. I happily do the same with cats. I let them get acquainted with me first, and earn their trust, and enrich them with toys, games and puzzles they find enjoyable. If physical activity isn't something they can do, I sit with them with a nature documentary or an animal live stream to still give them some visual entertainment if they want it (it's always been a big hit with my cats). And everyone gets plenty of love and affection throughout.

Availability
I'm currently employed full time but I'm available for weekends for and longer stays for watching your babies. PLEASE NOTE: I will no longer be taking clients whose cats are indoor/outdoor or fully outdoor. All cat clients going forward must be INDOOR only. I am available every day of the week except from the hours of 9am-5pm M-F.
