Caring for pets since I was little!
Pet care experience
My entire life my family have owned pets, so I have experience with walking, feeding, and taking care of dogs of many sizes, including our current German Shepard and Great Bernese! I love to connect with the animals so they feel comfortable and safe with me while their parents are gone.

We regularly have Faith watch our dogs whenever we have to go out of town; she's good about taking care of them, giving them snuggles, and playing. She really does care about animals!
Faith came to our Airbnb to petsit our two doggies while we attended a wedding. I've known Faith and her family for many years. Having been raised around many pets, she is extremely well-versed in caring for them. She followed my every instruction and cared for our two boys like they were her own. Our dogs were immediately comfortable with her, which made us feel very reassured! Her communication is on point! In the days leading up to the event, she responded quickly and clearly. And the day of the event, she made sure to message me pictures of them after their feeding time, all snuggled up with her on the couch. Faith is punctual, trustworthy, caring, respectful and responsible. I have a really hard time letting my boys be babysat by anyone but, with Faith, I was able to attend the event worry-free! Thank you Faith!

Since I don’t often host pets in my own home (unless they are mine or my family’s) whenever I go over to another person’s home I end up following their directions that may be given, but aside from that I like to relax near the animals to give them a calm space and when needed feed/give them water and potty breaks and play when they start getting playful. And of course, lots of cuddles!

Since I won’t be hosting pets, this isn’t as necessary. However, when it comes to other people’s pets and the information they provide me, o often like to use that information to bond as much as I can with the animals as well as avoid any possible accidents!
A typical day
Often times if they are pets that require low energy or are more chilled out kind of dogs, I’ll sit and cuddle them on the floor or couch while watching some kind of program. If they are more active, I like to do this game we do with our dogs. If they have toys I’ll throw it in the air for them to catch or across the room if they like retrieval more than catching!

Availability
I’m currently not attending summer classes and have yet to receive a job, so my schedule is pretty open, excluding Friday nights for only a portion of time, same with occasional Saturday nights. Aside those few nights, my schedule is completely open!
