Hi there! My name is Faith and I've been a professional dog sitter and walker for about four years now. I am a passionate, protective pet sitter who will treat your pet like they are my own. Each dog has their own unique personality, with individual quirks, preferences and wants--I'm so excited to meet your furry friend! I've always had dogs and I started pet sitting during college when a professor went out of town and asked me to care for his border collie. I've grown my business since then and have loved every minute of it. I'm experienced with all manner of leashes, anxiety and other behavioral issues, training methods and most importantly I love dogs! I'm all about keeping our furry companions happy, loved, and safe. When I'm not pet sitting I love being outdoors. I'm a total sun worshipper (my favorite seasons are spring and summer) and I often can be found hiking, doing yoga and exploring my beautiful neighborhood. I'm not always on the go though, I also enjoy quieter times of lounging, meeting up with friends and working on my next writing project. These hobbies make me an ideal companion for a dog, because I love getting good exercise in but I'm also ready to just relax and enjoy the day! Faith has done a great job of caring for our pets -- a finicky cat and a large, exuberant dog -- on several occasions, often for long periods of time. She endeared herself to our animals and to our neighbors who enjoyed meeting and talking with Faith as she walked our dog in the neighborhood. She kept us posted while we were on vacations, giving updates and sending photographs which greatly relieved any anxiety we might have had about our pets and their well-being. We trust Faith implicitly and would not hesitate to have her care for our pets in the future.
Our Dog Ally loves Faith! Faith is a responsible and loving pet caregiver :) Ally is a Chihuahua/terrier mix and can be a bit put off by strangers but she didn't have any issues with Faith. They became quick friends. I highly recommend Faith for your Pet care giving needs.

A typical day
Will walk primarily around your neighborhood--your dog will be comforted by their familiar routine-- but we'll take fun routes so your buddy is engaged and excited (boredom is so real!). We also definitely venture to a dog park or on a little hike. When we're at home we'll play games and I'd love to work on any tricks you're working on with your pup!
