college student who misses her dog
Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog majority of my life, but since I moved to college I haven’t had a furry friend. I love dogs and am great with taking care of them. I actually ask to dog sit for my friends when they go out of town or have long work days. I love talking them on walks, playing with them and caring for them. Perfect stress reliever from college classes. I would have my own, but I travel a little too frequently for it to be fair.

Faith was amazing with my dog! She played with him the whole day, took him on walks, gave him lots of belly rubs, and sent pictures throughout the day while she watched him! She is reliable and flexible with your schedule if you have to change last minute(:

I love long walks outside, usually multiple times a day. I have time and space to play with them or cater to anything they’d need. I do live in an apartment, however it’s right next to the woods and outside of the building there is plenty of grass & space. I also know of some really good fenced in parks that are close to me!

How they interact with other dogs or animals, if there’s any specific ways they like to/need to be walked. Any specific training instructions, such as sitting before going outside or assisting with leash training. What kinds/frequency allowed for food/treats.
A typical day
When I get up I like to talk a little walk around the exterior complex to get the day going, then usually around lunch or early afternoon I’ll go for a longer walk between activities, or for an hour at the dog park. Get a lot of energy out. Later in the afternoon/night they’ll get all the attention necessary for playing before winding down and just hanging out.

Availability
I am home pretty frequently as many of my classes are online and so is my internship. When I am gone, working, socially, or for school, it’s never for more than a couple hours. I also wake up early on weekdays because I babysit so I have no problem letting dogs out early!
