Boarding: I think there needs to be distinction with the reviews that I’ve seen. This was a boarding request that unfortunately had to be adjusted with rover support due to some issues. I don’t think Faith is a bad sitter at all, but I do think I overlooked some potential issues. I needed boarding for my dogs (both neutered males, working breeds) and fell upon Faith’s profile. I felt she met our needs and sent the request in. She almost immediately recommended house sitting, but I already had an active house sitting request for our cats. She then asked questions about my dogs and if they have ever fought. Up until this point, they never have. My malamute does typically have some signs of dominance and resource guarding, but nothing out of the ordinary for a mal. Payment was also offered outside of rover, but I declined. When my roommate dropped off the dogs, her dogs were already barking up a storm, along with being too overbearing towards my dogs, specifically my mal. From my understanding, her dogs began to snap towards him on the first day, and the second day lead to an altercation. Due to the time difference of being on deployment, I could not handle the situation immediately, and rover support was initiated. Having to spend a work day figuring out who can take my boys in was honestly frustrating. I understand that there is probably fault on both sides, but also feel that things could have been done better. On a positive note, Faith did keep me informed of the whole stay. Overall I wish their stay worked out better.

Faith was kind and had great communication throughout the visit. I appreciated her patience with my crazy fur babies!!!
