The Best Care for The Best Buddies
Pet care experience
I have been working with dogs since I was 16 years old. Originally I started volunteering at Uptown Animal Hospital in Long Beach, CA. After taking a few courses in animal care and becoming first aid and CPR certified with pets I was hired and worked at the hospital for an additional year until I went to college. In college I would walk/train my close friends and families dogs. The hospital would call me in every now and then for some extra support. I am now officially a fur mom to my amazing buddy Leo. Since having Leo I have crate, potty, house, and leash trained him. He also knows paw, other paw, high-five, play dead, sit, down, roll over, speak, catch (I throw something towards him and he catches it in his mouth), back up, dangerous, place (stay in place), stay, and wait. Although I am still refining a few of his commands for only being 7 months old I have been able to achieve amazing things with Leo and would hope to do so with your fur baby’s too.
Reviews
Becoming a dog parent arises new emotions and frustrations. As a dog parent, it’s important to know how to work through these feelings. Fabiola does an impeccable job at this. She’s patient with dogs of any age group and also knows how to keep and follow a schedule, which is a bonus! Through reading a plethora of dog books along with watching countless videos regarding pet training, trust me when I say she’s the best fit for the job.

I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to run around! I can work on commands with your fur babies or which ever other thing you would like me to do. I’m flexible and know that at the end of the day the routine you have with your dog is what matters. See below for my routine with Leo: In the morning I walk my dog for about a mile, then go home and feed him and give him something to chew on, this is the time I would get ready as Leo waits in my room. I take him out one last time to use the restroom and then leave him in his crate with plenty of water and toys for a few hours, then I check in on him mid-day and play with him for a bit, typically 20-30 minutes. Then he is left alone again in his crate. When I get home from work I either walk him one last time for another mile or we do training (currently working on staying for 10+ minutes straight, play dead, leash training, jumping, and review of the commands he already knows) and then feed him for the second and last time of the day (sometimes I use his food as his treats for training). At the end of the day we cuddle and I get to show him all the love for being a good boy!

Availability
I work full time but have an hour lunch break where I sometimes go and check-in/walk Leo, this is where I would be able to walk your pets mid-day. Although it is hot in Bakersfield and I don’t want their paws to burn so I might take your pet home and either teach them fetch so they’re running on grass or do mental training which in most cases is as equally as tiresome as a walk. I am completely available weekends and available for morning walks!
