I would like to introduce myself, my name is Evie. I have been working with various array of personalities for 4 years and looking forward to working with even more. I have two beautiful, well socialized, playful, happy go-lucky energetic pit mixes that I absolutely love and raised since lil' pups. I am seeking to become a full-time dog trainer in the near future and feel that this would be a great start! I have experience in basic adult dog & puppy training, so If you are in need of someone who is patient and find joy in teaching dogs new tricks I am your gal! The personality of the dog is what determines my training methods (clicker treat, positive reinforcement, obedience, reward training etc.....). I enjoy the presence of dogs more so than humans sometimes (just a little dog person joke), and love traveling with them so that they can experience different sites, smells, atmospheres etc.. I strongly believe in safety first!! I can not stress that enough!! I take owners requests very seriously, because nobody knows their dog better than them. I live in a three bedroom house with a 6-inch fence surrounding my backyard, so there is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play as well as giving personal space during time out. I will only allow dogs on the property who are playful, well socialized, and not food aggressive, otherwise I am flexible enough to come over to your location. I live 6 minutes away from the vet and 8 minutes away from a 24-hour animal hospital. I have experience with dogs who are confident; submissive; energetic; coach potato; timid; playful. However, I do not have experience with dogs who are dog aggressive, but I am learning. That is my experiences with dogs in a nutshell, as far as my personality goes, I am fun-loving, goofy, and independent. Hope to hear from you and your family soon.
