Pet care experience
My family has owned dogs my entire life, so I've been helping take care of puppies since I was a kid. I've been a housesitter for elderly dogs big and small, as well as high-energy puppies. I also have a lot of experience with young dogs through volunteering with Guide Dogs for the Blind as a puppy raiser.

Evie was wonderful! Our 16.5 year old Aussie Shepherd/Lab needs a lot of help and Evie was up to the task for a whole week. She was also very communicative with us, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Evie!
I truly can’t say enough good things about Evie- So sweet and genuine. I am grateful for the cuddles and care that she gave our dogs.. she sent daily updates with photos and truly seemed to love caring for our corgis. They were happy and smiling and had a great time. I have a large fenced backyard and a happy yellow lab that loves to make friends. We have plenty of toys and dog beds to share here. There are also large crates if your dog is used to sleeping in one at night.

I have experience with dogsitting old dogs who need medication, but I would like to know in advance! I would also like to know if your dog is leash trained.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on all sorts of adventures! My dog's favorite adventures have been hiking to pretty waterfalls (like University Falls), playing at dog parks, and hanging out on the outdoor patio of cafes. I also love playing with dogs outside by playing fetch or tug, or by turning on the sprinklers for dogs who love water.

I am currently working remotely, so I have a flexible schedule to take care of pets. Preferably, later afternoons and evenings on weekdays are best, and I am also available on weekends.
