Pet care experience
Hello! 34 years old here with huge heart for cats and dogs... Growing up, I’ve always had at least 1 dog and after recently losing my dog of 11 years to cancer, i am not quite ready to adopt another of my own. I have done some dog sitting for a few friends in the past but now looking to open my home to be of service to other friendly, house-trained pets. I am currently in a dog friendly apartment that has a secured private dog park. While i love all dogs, there are a few breeds that are not allowed in my building- unfortunately i will not be able to take in pitbulls, German Shepard’s, dobermans. If you’re inquiring about your cat(s)- i have a spare bedroom in my house i can keep them if i happen to be dog sitting at the same time. You will be informed of any other animals in the house. Your pets safety will always be my main priority. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

As mentioned above- unfortunately there are a few breeds that are not allowed in apts (pitbulls, German Shepard’s, dobermans). Also, i would like to have animals that are friendly and gentle with other animals and people. Dogs must be house trained. Also- if you have a dog with epilepsy, I’ve cared for a dog that has had seizures for the past 6 years and know how to care for a dog experiencing them and can be trusted with giving medication.
A typical day
Recently we have been doing local walks outside of our apt, private apt dog park, and small lake (Laguna Lake). Of course we can avoid certain places for your pet if requested.
