I grew up in the country side of the Netherland and spent most of my life on my family’s farm taking care of lots of animals. I’ve also fostered dogs and special needs cats for many years.

My dog can be a little nervous in new situations, but he seems to have settled in quickly and really enjoyed his day with Evelien. She sent a bunch of photos that show him happy and relaxed with both her and her dog Zazu. I’d happily leave Marlowe in her care again.
Rolly loved his stay! Evelien was kind and considerate of all the details of his care that we shared!
Evelien did a great job watching Perry for a long weekend. She sent us lots of pictures and updates along the way, and it seemed Perry had a very good time!
Evelien was wonderful! She and her pup made pepper feel right at home and she had so much fun. I loved getting photo updates during her stay, and it was clear Pepper would love to go back!

I have a spacious 1 bedroom + loft apartment, one block away from Central Park, where I walk my own pup 3 times a day at least. I have a 14 month old Jindo mix who loves the company of other animals. I have an extra crate and dog house for your dog, so I can crate your dog. I’m also open to pet sitting in your house, if that’s preferred, I’m very flexible.

I work from home 3 days a week and my weekends are usually open, so I have tons of time to board/pet sit. I prefer to spend most of my weekends caring for animals and spending time in nature.
