I have cared for our dogs (and cats) for almost 40 years. As a nurse practitioner, I am comfortable managing medications, doing dressing changes and providing wellness care such as healthy diets, water, cuddles, and going for walks keeping safety in mind. I understand the importance of play as part of our pets lives. A dog who has exercise and play is a happy dog.

My schedule is flexible as I am retired. My partner is a veterinarian and we have had dogs and cats as pets ranging from 1 to 6 pets at one time. I am comfortable with dogs and love to walk dogs who like to walk. I am fit and enjoy the walks also! Our dogs have had health problems over the years and i am comfortable with giving medication or other treatments if needed.

A typical day
I love to take dog for walks and explore the parks and neighborhood they or we live in. I allow them to do a "walk and sniff" type of walk if that is their habit, and/or we can go for exercise walks.
