Growing up, in Germany, I was always surrounded by dogs, cats and rabbits. I loved pets and they helped me to be a happier and more peaceful person and taught me a lot about responsibility, the importance of structure and pure love! Now that I moved to another country I've been missing this connection to animals here, so now I decided to become a pet sitter. Currently I work at a cafe, but I will start studying Anthropology and Sociology at UVA this September. I offer daily walks that are up to 2h for one or 3 times a day 30/60 minutes (but the length and frequency can be discussed). Depending on where you live, but I would usually go to Het Park, here in Rotterdam. I also offer general pet sitting: overnight or throughout the day! As I have experience with all kinds of dogs and cats, I do not care if it is a big or small dog. If you want me to give them some training and teach them a couple of tricks I would be happy to do so! (Even my cat back in Germany knows how to give paw😌) Currently I live in an Appartement with two male roommates, who themselves both grew up with dogs back home. But they are rarely at home, so they won't have many encounters with the animals. I have a nice and bright 15sqm room but the dog can walk around the entire apartment! We sadly do not have a backyard, but we have Het park close by. As I work in a cafe I am almost always available in the evenings or night and 3 times a week I am free 24h. I will not leave the dog alone for more then one hour! When I don't work I creat a lot at home (so paint or crochet), so your pet will always have me around. I would only take the pets of one owner at a time, as you never now how well the animals get along and I of course want the pet to feel comfortable and safe. If your pet is in need of any specific medication I am not qualified to do anything specific. If it is only about putting medication into their food at a specific time, that will be alright! I also offer home visits (how long can also be discussed) and if you want me to water the plants or bring in the mail I would be happy to do that:)
