Thanks for taking the time to hear from me after reading about my fellow Rovers, you know the ones with years of experience and extraordinary love for dogs. Well, of course I have that and more! 1) My response times are fast! You login and you want to hear back quickly, right? My phone is a bionic appendage so you know I’ll get to that notification stat! You can count on me to get you an answer promptly, a picture to you when requested, a reschedule done right away so you can get on with the rest of your day. 2) I take these appointments seriously. I won’t be late, I won’t be too early, I will be Goldilocks committed. And, for me, it’s more than a gig, it’s full joy no matter what life may have thrown at me before our appointment. I excel because I’m grateful for the opportunity to work and spend time with your pet. 3) I communicate because I care. I tell you about the small things so you don’t worry when you notice a scratch or injury. Some people, like my boyfriend, say I over-communicate but you have to admit it’s better than the opposite. And I’m happy to receive personal/professional feedback as I love to grow and learn.
