Pet care experience
Between the two of us, we have over 25 years of animal care experience, with over half of that coming in a professional setting. We are both former zookeepers that know all the ins-and-outs of animal behavior. Additionally, Erin worked at a vet hospital for over 10 years. You will have peace of mind knowing we can handle any situation thrown our way, whether it be administering meds, difficult behavior issues, and any other special circumstance.

We love going for long walks, the dog park, hiking, and the beach, and your dog would come along with us if you would like. We also have a fully fenced in back yard that is sizeable enough for plenty of playtime with our dog Rudy or a game of fetch. We have plenty of toys, enrichment, and can even work on training to keep your pup stimulated throughout their stay with us.

We want to know everything. No bit of information is too much! We treat our dog as one of our children, and we know you expect the same of their caretakers when you are out of town. In particular, we want to know if your dog has any food aggression, unique behaviors/preferences, and everything in-between to keep them as comfortable as possible during their stay.
A typical day
We love to stimulate dogs both physically and mentally. We love to walk around our neighborhood and the beach, or head to the dog park for some fun with other pups. Our dog loves to play and chase the hose in the backyard, and we provide scents/bones/and other enrichment to keep each day different.

Availability
We both work full-time M-F, so your pup must be comfortable spending those days in a crate/kennel. If we determine that your pup is able to, we are more than happy to let them have access to the house when we are gone to play with our dog Rudy. With that being said, we get off work at 2:30, so there is plenty of time for fun during the rest of the day. Your dog will be out and about as long as we are home.
