I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I do well with reading dog energy, body language and I can communicate with them in a manner which they understand. I have worked to train many dogs for behavior, as well as special tricks on and individual basis. Not all dogs learn the same but Consistency is key! My boy Taz is a 65 pound, 4 year old Husky/Heeler/Boxer/terrier mash up with an amazing and patient temperament around all dogs, who can help with training time and socializing as needed. We can walk around the neighborhood, visit a local dog park, or we can organize days to go out on-trail to get some more involved workouts and release that energy! It's up to you and your needs. Evan has both an ease with dogs that makes them comfortable with him and a natural understanding of the canine psyche that allows him to effectively communicate with and train dogs. I highly recommend him as both a caretaker and trainer for your dogs!
Evan has an undeniable affinity with dogs, able to be comforting and playful with submissive dogs, while also standing as the clear human-in-charge with more dominant dogs that might try being disobedient. While the best thing to tire out a dog is another dog, Evan is a pretty close second with a boundless energy that dogs love and respond to. Evan's own dog is an exceptional canine in calmness and security, but he derives all of his worldly confidence from belonging to Evan and other dogs seem drawn to this. I rate him 10 out of 10 as a dog caregiver.
