Pet care experience
I recently started working for Aldi in Waukee, my schedule is flexible so wanted to find something on the side. My cousin, a teacher, has worked for the company during summers and recommended for me to check it out. I am a HUGE animal lover. Growing up had everything from frogs, lizards, 4 different dogs (including 2 feisty chihuahuas) and a cat that stuck to me like glue. Currently helping my sister “co parent” 2 baby chicks and a baby duck named Wanda. I’ve been told I have a way with animals, and they are always the best judge of character when it comes to people. I consider myself a more quiet, gentle person and I think they catch on to that. I’m a clean freak so I’ll never leave a mess for you to clean up but most importantly want your pet to feel comfortable and happy!:)

Evan has taken care of my cat and dog when I was in Utah for 2 weeks! He did amazing and my cat was attached to his hip! Very good with animals.

I unfortunately don’t have enough room in my apartment to give a pet of my own enough space to move around (by my standards). But I’m open to whatever you might need done, feeding, baths, whatever helps!

A typical day
I think it’s important to get them a lot of exercise and opportunities to run out their energy! Whether that means walking them around the neighborhood or in fun walking paths, or just taking them out to a spot where we can play with their toys.

As I’ve mentioned I work for a grocery chain which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. It’s not a set schedule and I’m always able to move things around.
