Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Evan, and I live in Storrs, CT, and have a huge passion for animals! I have owned dogs and cats my entire life, and they have provided me such joy and love. I went to Uconn and graduated in 2016 with an indivigualized degree, but am looking to go back to school for pre-vet/vet or vet tech, as I work part time at a local vet hospital as a float. I own two dogs, Lucy and Dragon.

Hello, I am an Animal Control Officer at Mansfield Animal Control. Evan has been a volunteer dog walker here for quite some time. He is able to walk dogs of all sizes and strengths. He makes sure each dog has an enjoyable walk. As an Animal control facility we have dogs of varying temperaments and he makes sure each walk is handled safely. He takes the time to work with dogs that may be shy with strangers.

A typical day
I have expierence training dogs in basic commands, walking etiquette! When asked, I will be able to continue positive reinforcement training, as well as working on key skills

I'm currently working part time and volunteering at the pound and an animal sanctuary, but I still have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, house sit, or potty break.
