Pet care experience
I've cared for various animals including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, chickens, and others. Friends and family of mine have relied on me to care for their pets, including but not limited to walking and feeding. I have a strong love for animals and hope to work with them in the future, and I love being outside and going on adventures. I have a dog and two cats of my own who I look after and love taking care of, and I love meeting other peoples pets!

It’s always a good sign when you arrive home and the dog gives you the “oh, it’s you” look. Eva took great care of my dog, communicated effectively, and was a joy to work with.
Very happy with both sitters. They sent me pictures of my cat. :)
Eva is a very delightful young lady. She is great with my dog and always cheerful to be around. I have a large (30lbs) golden doodle, and Eva can handle her well. Eva was very responsible and work well with handling dog care.
A couple months back, Eva watched my dog Hazel for a week and she was awesome! She was very responsible, and I returned to my dog being happy and healthy.

I can host pets overnight in my apartment, however I am flexible in terms of coming to my clients' homes and I am comfortable spending time with your pets in their own home! I have lots of breaks during the day where I am happy to hang out with your pets, and I will make sure to adhere to their every need. I know that every pet is different, so I have an open mind when it comes to watching/walking pets, and I plan on respecting the owner's wishes as well as making sure your pet is as comfortable without you as they are with you.

I do not have a breed preference, however I'd like to know the general behavior of your dog or if they have any special needs. If there is a specific schedule that your dog is used to in terms of feeding/getting walks, I'd like to know that too so I can make sure their needs fit into my schedule! I want to make sure I can give them as much attention as my schedule permits.
A typical day
I love going to any of the parks around the Harrisonburg area, and I visit Shenandoah National Park often to hike and explore! I also enjoy walking around the city and getting my steps in, so I'd love to have some company while I do that. I also love to play with dogs and will make sure to give them lots of attention.

Availability
I am currently taking summer classes and working part-time, but my part-time work is very limited as I am only working 2-3 times during the week. I have class Monday-Thursday in the morning from 9:00-11:40 for 4 weeks (5/23-6/17), but besides that, I am completely free!
