Pet care experience
I am a lifelong dog (and cat!) owner. Often the best part of my day is meeting new dogs, and I think the best feeling in the world is when a dog recognizes me. I'm comfortable with all shapes, sizes, breeds, activity levels, and personalities. I have volunteered for the past four years with mostly large-breed rescue dogs, including in a training environment, and I truly believe that each dog is an individual and love them for it. I especially enjoy seeing a dog’s confidence blossom. I love long walks (not necessarily on the beach) and hikes just as much as I like to hang out in air conditioning. I have know Eva G. for many years, and I rely on her to pet-sit whenever she is available. She is very responsible and dependable in caring for my pets, and she does a great job in ensuring that they get appropriate exercise. Most importantly, she is good at teaching dogs good manners in a firm but gentle manner how to deal with people and other animals. Dogs respond well to her, especially larger dogs. She also is good with cats. I highly recommend her.
Eva is great with dogs and animals in general. She has been volunteering at a dog rescue for the past few years by walking dogs and helping maintain their living conditions. She has a superb background with dogs and when she has watched my dog, she makes him feel at home. I highly recommend her!
