Pet care experience
I have been dogsitting on Rover and Trusted House Sitters for over 5 years now! I’ve been dog sitting/walking all types of breeds with different ages, abilities and quirks! I love them all. I have a special love for senior dogs, and dogs with extra health needs. I am originally from Canada, but am now living in Brighton to pursue my masters degree. I can’t wait to meet the dogs of Brighton!

Eva was great with Rupert! Communication was great: she provided timely updates and pictures, and was adapted to our drop-off / pick-up schedule. You can tell she is great with dogs, and we would definitely look to have Rupert stay with her again :)

Eva is a gem! She watched our 2 dogs the entire day (into the wee hours of the night) in our home while we were out at my son's wedding. Eva was positive and enthusiastic. She was warm and loving. She was completely devoted to making sure the dogs had a great day, but even more than that, she allowed me and my husband to relax and enjoy our son's wedding knowing that our dogs were being cared for. The dogs were at peace with Eva. They could just feel that she is a safe person who would love them. I recommend Eva with all my heart. You will be so happy you hired her. So will your dog(s)!
Eva did a fantastic job looking after Bilbo and Leeloo, my two cats. She was incredibly communicative and provided lots of updates and pictures of them during my trip out of town!

I always follow owner's instructors on how to best care for their pet! I also ensure to keep food or anything that could be harmful to dogs stored away in cabinets that close. Most importantly, I don't leave dogs alone for long at all, to make sure they are happy and always in good company, and won't have enough time by themselves to get into mischief!

Information Eva G. would like to know about your pet
The more information the better! I need to know their habits / personality beforehand. I would like to know if they are friendly with kids, other dogs, and men, if they have separation anxiety, or any other quirks, as this will help me be more cautious to keep everyone safe :) **It is VERY appreciated if dog's nails are cut before coming over, my floors will thank you for it <3
A typical day
I particularly LOVE enrichment for senior dogs, to ensure they have a stimulating and fun retirement! This means if they are a bit too old for runs, I know a lot of other tricks to get even anxious dogs to feel comfortable. My typical day is to get up early and start the dog walks / dog runs (depending on their energy level). If I’m doing doggy daycare, I make sure to do my schoolwork while hanging out with them so they have company and taking them outside often for some exercise or mental stimulation.

Availability
I am only in classes Thursday and Friday mornings so I am very available throughout the week and weekends to walk and care for your pets. Because most of my studies happen independently, I can spend the day with dogs for daycare should they need company while you’re at work, and I am very flexible with my hours of availability.
