Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my whole life. As a child, I grew up with a Yorkie and as a middleschooler, I had a short lived dogsitting job with my older sister. Fast forward 20 years later, I currently have two big dogs (two pitbull/lab mixes). I also volunteer with Fetch, WI rescue and foster/dog-sit frequently! I have successfully fostered 2 dogs and had them adopted to loving forever homes. I have also dog-sitted over 5 dogs through Fetch! Most recently, I temporarily fostered a beautiful husky for two weeks and we had a blast during the snowy Wisconsin winter. One of my resident dogs is entering his golden, senior years, so I am very comfortable with older dogs too. We have orthopedic beds and heat pads for muscle/joint relaxation. Our senior dog frequents physical therapy and otherpedic specialty services, so we learned how to give massages to our dog's achey joints.

Eunice did a fantastic job caring for our dog Nina while we were on vacation. This is the first time Nina had ever gone to a pet sitter's house. We had always had someone come to our house to care for our dogs when we were traveling. We were looking for a sitter with dogs in their home, as Nina's doggy sister Maple had passed away recently, and Nina has been very lonely without her. Eunice did a great job getting Nina acclimated to her home and then introducing her dogs (the dogs had met outside awhile before for a meet & greet walk). From the updates we got each day, we could tell how happy Nina was to go on walks and take naps with Eunice's dogs and get snuggles from her and her husband. Knowing that Nina was so well cared for put our minds at ease and allowed us to relax on our vacation. When we picked Nina up, she didn't want to leave! That let us know how comfortable she was there. We are so appreciative of Eunice's care for Nina and would absolutely recommend her to others.

I can't recommend Eunice enough as a dog caregiver! Her dedication and genuine love for dogs truly shine through in the exceptional care she provides for all sizes and needs. She worked her magic with my dogs, who are incredibly sensitive and finicky. I have absolutely no worries leaving my two small dogs with her while I'm away.
Eunice is amazing with her dogs and my dog. My dog is very timid and eunice is very patient with her. She takes very good care of her dogs and is a responsible owner!

For dog walking, I am currently training for a half marathon, so if you'd like your dog to be active, I'd be more than happy to take your dog on a long long walk! I have a runner's leash, portable waters and snack bags. If you'd prefer a shorter walk, that's completely doable as well. For dog sitting, your fur baby will be safe and loved in my home! We have a fenced in back yaed, access to numerous walking trails, and plenty of dog supplies. If they love to play with other dogs, your pup will have two play buddies while staying with me. If your dog does not like other dogs, we have two floors and dogs can be separated by gates. We are well stocked with dog toys, kongs, puzzle toys, interactive toys, multiple dog beds, bathing supplies, and first aid kits.

Let me know if you have any concerns with your dog interacting with other dogs. I have two resident dogs in the home who are friendly. We frequently foster and dog sit through our rescue, so we have no concerns with multiple dogs in the home. We will never have a foster dog in the home at the same time as when we sit your dog, so no worries for that!
A typical day
A typical date will include: A morning walk, playtime, feeding schedules, and a nap. In the afternoon, either a walk or playtime in the yard. Various enrichment activities (e.g., puzzle toys, frozen kongs, lick mats), and another nap. In the evening, a longer walk, dinnertime, and winding down activities, and a last potty before bed, and lastly, bed time.

Availability
For dog walks, I am mostly available on weekends and weekdays after 4:30pm. For dog sitting/boarding, both my spouse and I work from home and will be with your fur baby 24/7!
