I've owned and lived with my own dogs in the past since I was a child. I absolutely love all kinds of dogs! I love being around dogs, playing with them - I think it's actually therapeutic for both parties! I currently have my own pooch, Penny. I take her everywhere with me - hiking, camping, mountain biking, exploring the city. I've also volunteered at multiple animal shelters and have experience with a wide variety of dogs - socializing them, training them, exercising them, etc. - and am currently volunteering with the Denver Dumb Friends League! I'm active and athletic, so am comfortable working with more energetic dogs, as well. I already dog sit for friends in the area, and have so much fun with it that I'd love to do it more!
