Pet care experience
I am a 26 year old full-time graduate student who also works in cancer research. My dog, Bennie, and I are constant out exploring trails, enjoying nature, and getting in some exercise. If you’re looking for a dog walker/sitter, look no further for a responsible and caring individual to help. I’m great with dogs of all sizes, but have a soft spot for the large breeds! If your pup could use to shed some winter weight, let me know and I will gladly take your dog on an extended hike (rates can be discussed based off how long you would like the adventure to be). Options for hikes include trails in the watching reservation, great swamp, and other great spots in the area. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend(s)!

Ethan was great for our dog. He was there promplty everyday to take him on walks. Kept us very well informed with texts and pics. He was even considerate enuf to do a quick meet n greet so that we were at ease before we left for our trip. We will definitely recommend him.

Ethan is a great dog walker! He is very trustworthy and so great with our playful puppy-- he treats Ollie like he is his own dog. After meeting Ethan, we had no hesitation giving him our house key to stop in and check on little Ollie while we were out. I would recommend Ethan without hesitation.

A typical day
For medium-sized or larger dogs, hikes will be at various nature trails around my area including the Watchung Reservation/Deserted Village trail system. Smaller dogs (who may not be up to the task of a full hike) can be taken on shorter, less vigorous trails or to local dog parks for some social play-time. Bennie, who is well-behaved and extremely dog-friendly, may also be present on hikes or at the dog parks.
