I prefer to care for pets in their own house so their routine is more stable and they feel safer in a space they know and are comfortable in. That being said, I'm open to taking pets in my house on a case-by-case basis. I have a small fenced yard where dogs can hang out and do their thing, and I'm on a calm neighborhood that's great for walks. I don't live with pets of my own, so yours will be the only one here. That means I don't have pet "gear" though, so bring along the things your pet needs. Cats are welcome in my house always but they must come with their own litter box. Dogs must all be potty trained, unless it's a puppy. In that case reach out and I can help with training and we can talk details. If your dog needs to be in a kennel, you have to bring it to my house, along with food bowls or dog beds if they need it. I can give your pet a bath in my house for an extra fee, and you can be sure they will be my priority while they're here. If I'm caring for a pet in you house, I follow your rules and routine, and I can give them baths there as well. For walks, I only ask that the dog is reasonably behaved. I have experience walking dogs that are not leash trained and "messy" walkers , pullers, and easily excited, but please be honest about past experiences with escapists and aggressive behavior towards others. If there's a risk your dog is too strong for me to retain and they will try to scape, maybe it's not a great idea for me to take them. In any service, expect your pet to be thoroughly cuddled and pet, given treats per your instructions, mild training to be continued if that's something you're working on, and mostly loved a lot :)
