December 2, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: My Name is Traci D. and I along with my Partner have turned a start up small business into a successful mid size business over the past 20 years. One of the reasons for the success of the business is being able to identify the right people for the right positions. With this being said I am submitting this recommendation letter in support of Esmeralda Gonzalez. I have known Ms. Esmeralda for over 28 years, after marring into my husbands family. I have found her to be a Kind, earnest, hardworking and trustworthy lady. She is a consummate mother; has established herself as caring, loving pillar of work, motherhood, and loving pet owner in our local community. After 14 years our family dog past away, it was so hard on our family we took many months to find the perfect family pet, we love our new puppy so much. On many occasions she has helped along with her 2 amazing children care for our newest member, as I do have to travel for work. Not only did she help she also cared, and loved our puppy as much as we do. Her and 2 children played, loved, and even slept with her while we were gone. When I had a couple of long days working; she would come walk, play and love on our puppy in our yard. She is amazing with animals.
