Pet care experience
Hey everyone, I am so excited to care for your pets! I am a current student at the NCSU Vet School pursuing a career as a veterinarian. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge on how to properly care for animals, including those that require special medical attention. I have been pet sitting since I was in high school and even though I have moved on to bigger things, I truly have a passion for taking care of animals and plan to continue pet sitting throughout my career! Special skills include administering medications, fluids, and am well-experienced caring for epileptic dogs with extensive medical management needs. I personally have a cat and a dog that are both under 2 years old and are very friendly towards other pets! They are both completely vaccinated and up to date on all preventions. I also have experience with smaller critters like rats, guinea pigs, and even reptiles (I have a Bearded Dragon) and would be happy to watch these little guys! I have also worked on a farm for over 2 years so have experience caring for farm animals as well should that fit your needs! I would love the opportunity and privilege to meet and care for your pets as I truly believe that they are pivotal members of our family and bring so much joy! As a first time user of Rover and a first time having someone come let my dog out, Erynn put all of my worries/hesitation to bed. Her communication, punctuality and complete report with great pictures were amazing. Should the need arise, I’ll def. be booking Erynn again!
Erynn was great with my pet! I was very apprehensive to use Rover but am so glad I did. It was awesome not having to board him. Erynn was very accommodating, nice, and trustworthy. Lots of beautiful pictures!! I highly recommend her.

Erynn is more than a great dog walker! I’ve been referring Erynn to anyone who asks who watches my dog for me. We enjoy her quality of care so much so that my dog is now a patient at the veterinary hospital she works at outside of Rover (and my expectations were far exceeded there as well.) Having an ease of mind that your pet is given great care, ( at the vet or for walks) and being able to see it too is always the case with Erynn!! Shes reliable, communicative and very caring. Never felt more comfortable with a care provider for my dog Cody!

I absolutely do not have any breed preferences, all are welcome! However, I would prefer that your dog be both dog and cat friendly to ensure the safety of my own pets and make for a happy visit for all! I would also like to know if you typically crate your dog when leaving as I do have extras and like to keep their routine as close to their normal day as possible. It would be helpful to know beforehand if your dog has any preexisting conditions such as separation anxiety that I would need to be aware of when leaving so that I can plan accordingly and keep them comfortable. I do work for multiple veterinary clinics, but would appreciate having your current vets information before booking in case of emergency situations.
A typical day
I am a very active person and currently take my own dog, Nova, for 3 or more walks a day as she’s still young and has a lot of energy! My apartment complex has a fenced-in dog park that I go to daily to play fetch with Nova, so if your dog enjoys this too I'd love to bring them along! I also love to walk around Lake Johnson so if this is something you'd be interested in me doing with your pet, let me know! :)
