Hello! My name is Eryn and I moved to the wonderful city of Denver during August 2019 and it has been my home ever since! I am currently a full-time student at MSU Denver majoring in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling. Before going back to school to pursue my passions, I discovered my deep love for helping others during my three years of service with AmeriCorps. I spent two years ('19-'21) with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver building affordable homes and working with the Home Preservation construction team and spent 10 months committed to helping people all over the country through AmeriCorps NCCC. During my years of service when I wasn't on the clock, I spent my free hours volunteering with animal shelters helping to socialize animals who have previously experienced trauma, as well as performing other tasks such as walking, brushing, feeding, etc. To say that I love ALL kinds of animals no matter shape or size would be an understatement. Growing up, my home was filled with several furry friends; I had two spaniels with anxiety and allergies, so I very much understand the importance of each dog’s needs and how to adapt to them. I also had cats, rats, butterflies, gerbils, and more. I created and taught my own “Mommy and Me” class on a farm, where I have learned the importance of responsibility, trust, sociability, and intuition when interacting with people and animals alike. Every beating heart is deserving of a warm presence and a home filled with cuddles and comfort. After a few years off during the Pandemic, I am so excited to jump back into Rover and continue doing what makes me feel so whole: spending time with animals. I am looking forward to meeting more pups and kitties, creating connections, and adventuring with your furry loved-ones! **CAN ONLY SIT IN SMOKE-FREE HOMES** HOURLY STAYS: If you are wanting an hourly stay, payment is the same as babysitting where it is hourly! It’s $25/hour for one adult dog. For example, 4 hours would be $100 total. This service is normally for puppies or elderly dogs that need to be watched the entire time that the owners are away. If I could give Eryn 6 stars, I would! Eryn was wonderful taking care of our high-energy and somewhat anxious pup Boomer as well as our kitty Zola. Eryn was also super communicative with us throughout her stay. She was great about sharing photos and updates, and did not hesitate to reach out with any questions that came up. It was clear that she was being super attentive and thoughtful with our fur babies, and it gave such confidence while we were away to know they were being so well loved and cared for. On top of that, she did a stellar job cleaning/tidying up before we got back -- it honestly might have been in better condition than we left it. I'm reluctant to leave this review because she is definitely our new favorite and go-to sitter, and I want her calendar open for us (haha), but gotta give credit where credit's due! Thank you so much Eryn for being such a wonderful provider for our pets. We can't wait to have you back!
Eryn is the best dog sitter ever! My dogs were so happy with her. Shes very communicative, sends plenty of updates, and made me feel very safe to leave my dogs with her. Couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a sitter!
I cannot say enough about how great Eryn is. Aside from being an awesome person, she is SO GREAT with our puppers. We have an 8 week old and an 8 month old Goldendoodles. Eryn is amazing at helping with training - our 8 month old typically jumps on guests, and Eryn has been helping us teach her to calm down when meeting new people! On top of all of that, you can tell that Eryn really cares about providing the best experience for our pups. She asks so many great questions to help her understand their needs and areas for improvement. As someone who was nervous to leave our puppies behind, Eryn helped reassure me they are in great hands, and even sent me pictures of them while she pupsat them. I really cannot say enough about Eryn. She is amazing!
Eryn is the pet whisperer! I have a 3 year old service dog named Mika who I am incredibly attached to. I rarely go anywhere without her, however, whenever I do need to leave Mika behind I ALWAYS leave her with Eryn. Eryn truly loves animals. Her priority is always to make sure pets are well cared for and happy. She goes above and beyond and can even help with training! I could not recommend her enough. When Mika is with Eryn I feel so at ease and when I pick her up Mika is as happy as can be. I've used Eryn's services for check ins, walks, boarding, etc. and I've never been disappointed. She provided me with updates and pictures and was so thorough in taking down all and any information she might need regarding Mika before I left. Whenever I was nervous and checked in, no matter how frequently, Eryn always responded. Again, Eryn is just a sweet, kind person and when Mika is with Eryn I know she is in the best hands.

I am clean, organized, and very conscious of the things around me. Your home will be exactly how you left it, if not cleaner. I understand that leaving your home in the hands of others takes a lot of trust and I aim to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

I would like to know the dog’s temperament, allergies, training level/commands, and how they do with introductions to new people and other animals. This will help in crafting their stay with me to make sure they are feeling as safe and comfortable as possible while in a new environment.
A typical day
While staying with me, your pups will enjoy cuddles and playtime, going for long walks, and visits to dog friendly parks (if approved). I live right by Cheeseman Park and am only 30 minutes away from Golden, Evergreen, and many more great adventure spots.
