I had the opportunity to leave my 14-week-old puppy, Henry, under Ernesto's care for four days, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Ernesto immediately struck me as warm and professional, making me feel completely at ease about Henry's stay. Ernesto's attention to detail was evident through his daily updates, which included photos and videos of Henry. These thoughtful touches made all the difference, allowing us to see Henry was not just being looked after but genuinely enjoying his time. When it came time to pick Henry up, his cheerful demeanor was the best indicator of the quality care he'd received. Clearly, Ernesto had gone above and beyond to ensure Henry felt comfortable and happy in his temporary home.
As a first time Rover user, I was nervous to leave my fur baby with a stranger. I ended up messaging a few potential people and Ernesto was quick to respond and even took Andy in VERY short notice. Him and his wife were so kind to me when I met them and also my dog came back very happy and excited. I will definitely reach out to Ernesto next time I need a pet sitter.
Ernesto is the best! He has watched out 2 dogs before and this time we had an emergency and he was so helpful. Our dogs love visiting him and he shows them great care!

It is important for me to know how their temperament is, how are they around other dogs, are there some things to stay away from, allergies to any food, do they have issues with a crate, are they potty trained, do they need medication, have they had their vaccines?
A typical day
I use a variety of methods to keeps dogs occupied including using mentally stimulating toys. Playing with dogs aswell to get them tired by the time they come home.
