Hi, I'm Erin! I'm 29 years old and work as a mental health therapist for teenagers & families. I'm well versed in behaviors, which not only works well with people but also dogs! I have my own pup, a 2.5 year old borderdoodle, who is currently training to be a therapy dog. My pup accompanies me to work each day and is very well socialized. I've had dogs throughout my life and learned to care for them at a very young age. I understand the stress of looking for a reliable, trustworthy sitter for your pup while you're away, whether it's a vacation or simply for the day. Having gone through my own struggles of finding dog care throughout the years, I aim to be not only consistent and reliable, but interactive and engaged with your dog. I am well versed in the local park locations and am happy to take your pups out for a walk, a fetch, or perhaps teach them a trick or two :) Although I am new to this site, I have cared for dogs throughout my life, along with owning several of my own over the years. I aim to build a relationship with you so that you may feel comfortable leaving your furry baby, knowing they will be in good hands. If possible, I would like to meet with you and your dog prior to a booking, in order to touch base and get to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Getting to meet your animal prior to sitting is cruical, so that I can provide individualized care for each animal. For example, knowing the dog's medical history and any allergies, along with any quirks, such as chewing/digging, aversion/aggression to small/large dogs, timidness around certain objects, motivators for your dog, etc. I want to make sure I'm engaging your dog the best that I can! Note: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
