I grew up with a multitude of animals on a smallholding in the UK and have been around dogs my whole life. My mother breeds Great Danes so I have always had a soft spot for bigger dogs but also have experience with many other breeds (and everything in between) as we rescued extensively. I have also previously done ranch work, ridden horses competitively and I currently volunteer at the local Humane Society with their rescued dogs/cats. We have a dog of our own named Baloo who we rescued 5 years ago. He loves sharing his home with other dogs as we have fostered extensively through the shelter we adopted him from and looked after friends dogs regularly. He is always happy to play chase or tug with any willing participant and generally matches the other dog's energy levels. He has epilepsy and as a result I am extremely comfortable administering any sort of meds if your pup requires them. I have my own business which I run from my home office so am around most of the day and have the flexibility to set my own schedule. Communication is key - ideally we would like to know as much as possible about your dog in advance to provide the best service, and in return we will provide regular updates during their stay. While they are with us, they will be supervised and given plenty of love and attention. We know from our own experience how difficult it can be to be separated from your pup - our dog is a member of our family and while your dog is with us they will be part of the family too.
