I have always loved having pets in my life. I have worked part-time as a dog walker and pet sitter for a few years now and absolutely love it! I’ve worked with cats who are extremely shy and skittish, dogs who struggle with anxiety, pets with high energy who need a lot of attention — I’ve seen it all! I have to go into my office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but any other day, I’d love to meet your pet and make them feel loved and cared for!

I live alone in a comfortable studio apartment with plenty of room on the couch and bed for cuddles. My unit is set away from the street so it is very quiet -- perfect for any pets who might be a little nervous. I have more than enough space for crates, litter boxes, pet beds, or anything else your pet needs to feel comfortable.

Let me know what your pet likes! Whether it's hiding pills inside of peanut butter, getting scratches behind the ear, or walking on the south side of the street instead of the north side, I want to know whatever I can do to make them more comfortable!
A typical day
I live two blocks away from Prospect Park, so depending on their energy level, I will take dogs on 2 to 4 walks a day. I love figuring out their favorite spot in the park; I can usually tell because they start getting really excited. At home, I also keep a small box of fun toys for both dogs and cats to play with. In my experience, each pet who has stayed with me ends up picking a favorite toy that essentially becomes theirs, which is so cute.

Availability
With the exception of Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I work from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I'm available for early morning or afternoon walks during the work week, and also available for boarding or drop ins any day.
