Erin's Dog Boarding
Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Erin and I live with my roommate and my dog, Ben. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, each with their own loving quirks (and health issues). My house has a great backyard that is fully fenced in and has plenty of room for dogs to run and play. All living spaces are on one level so it is easier for senior dogs or dogs recovering from surgery. I’m also in a great neighborhood that is perfect for walks. Dogs are allowed on furniture and they can roam free during the day (if owner knows they will behave :) ) while I’m at work (*working from home currently*) or I can make other accommodations per the owner’s request. Ben and Leo (the small, white and brown terrier mix in pictures) are both no longer in cages. The dogs, my roommates, and I love having doggie friends come by to play or to stay for a little vacation. I will be the primary care taker of all dogs that stay with us, but my roommates are more than willing to help me keep the dogs happy, healthy, and safe while they await their owners’ return :)
Reviews
Tyson is well cared for and loved.
Tyson's home away from home!
Our puppy had a wonderful stay! She was treated like a rockstar! Thank you.
Felicia loves going to Erin’s and playing with her pups. We always feel comfortable leaving her for a long weekend. Erin sends us pictures of Felicia everyday which is really nice!

Information Erin P. would like to know about your pet
I like to know what makes your dog happy and what your dog gets scared of. For instance, my dog HATES tin foil and the beeping on smoke alarms, even when it's on the TV. I want to avoid anything that startles your dog while he/she is at their home away from home. I also like to know any unusual tendencies such as does your dog get on the counters or into trash? Will your dog dig or jump over my 5 ft fence? Only owning small dogs, I don't always think of things large dogs can easily get into so having the owner remind me is always nice!
A typical day
I live near an elementary school with a huge field I like to walk my dog to. The field is not fully secured by a fence but I trust my dog enough to let him off his leash most times. When I don't feel comfortable letting him run leash-free, I simply let the tension out of the leash and let him run as far as it will let him. We like to go to the field in the middle of our walks to take a quick break from "heeling" and "sitting" at all crosswalks :)
