Pet care experience
I have been an animal lover all my life. The care of animals has always been the peace in my heart. I settled on an acreage SW of Calgary about 20 minutes 5 years ago, and between my roommate and I, we have 2 horses, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 19 chickens. We would love to care for your fur babes in our home - they will be free to roam, sleep in the bedroom, get treats with all the other good boys.. I will speak to them in that stupid voice that just comes out when you're asking dogs if they're good.. There is a large page wired paddock if they aren't a homebody or might chase chickens should they be let out to free range. Lots of room to run and fetch and my big boy is always down for a good roll around with a dog that loves to play.

Erin was fantastic to deal with from start to finish and saved our butts looking after our dog on short notice while we moved. Nora has been in a depression since she left Erin’s place and you can see in her eyes she wished she lived there instead! We highly recommend Erin if you need a your dog to have a great vacation in a beautiful place.
Erin was amazing, she took our boy short notice over the holidays and kept us updated every day, we thank her very much for that. Our boy was so happy there and treated very well he felt like at home. There was ample room for him to play and given lots of love and he made himself a new fur friend during the stay. I would highly recommend Erin to anybody who needs a dog sitter, we will for sure be asking her to watch our boy again in the future . Thanks again Erin, you rock.
Snoopy had so much fun at Erin's place. Erin took great care of our Snoopy. He came back happy and tuckered out from all his adventures with Gunner and even Amelia (Erin's cat). I will definitely book with Erin again!
I have known Erin as a pet owner for over 25 years. She is a natural with all animals, who react positively to her love and kindness. She has done an excellent job training her dogs to be well mannered family members. She rescued our current pet, when he was a kitten. Now she is his favourite pet sitter, when we are away. I highly recommend Erin as a pet sitter.

We can offer in house with potty breaks, roaming free, several areas where your dog can be made in the shade on a tether, or a large paddock with shade and a dog house if they're prone to wandering. Lots of room to run and play, and two gals whose worlds revolve around everything fur and feather!

Information Erin P. would like to know about your pet
In order to make your dog's stay as comfortable as possible, I would want to be aware of any behavioral tics to avoid putting them in an uncomfortable position. My old lab was TERRIFIED of thunder storms. Not one ever killed him, but the way he reacted?? You'd think he was left tied to a lightning rod. It would be nice to be able to anticipate and avoid situations that are too stimulating should your dog get uncomfortable with certain things.
A typical day
I have 18 acres at my doorstep, a large majority of it is treed; there is no end to the adventure once they start romping around the forest. The smells, the sticks, all the trees to pee on, oh my!!

I work days Monday to Friday, but my roommate works shorter hours, part time. Between the two of us, we will have the time with your pet covered to ensure they get outside, exercised, and of course fed however your routine dictates. We are open to boarding both on weekends and through the week, and are capable and happy to accomodate whatever guidelines you set out for your pet!
