Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs, and own two rescue dogs myself. I have worked extensively with a local trainer and my own dogs have AKC canine good citizen, urban canine and community canine for obedience. I love animals and animal behavior and would then opportunity to get to know your dog and spend some time with them!

Erin is a caring and loving person especially when it comes to animals. Erin has two rescue dogs of her own and volunteers weekly at the CNY SPCA. Erin has worked extremely hard with her rescues to give them the proper training and loving home they deserve. She even has a certified therapy dog that she takes to the local hospital for the nurses. She is a wonderful person and a great caregiver, your pets will be in great hands with Erin!
Looking for someone to walk your beloved pet? Look no further, Erin is an amazing person with a love for animals that is unmatched. After rescuing two of her own babies and showing them the proper love attention they need she has more room to love others. I do trust anyone with my dog, but when I need a dog while I am stuck at work I call Erin and she is there at a moments notice. I know she will give my dog the same love and attention that she gives hers. Erin has taken her dogs to lots of training and they have each earned awards. She takes pride in her work and extra care for pets.
Erin is an amazing dog mom to two very special rescue pups. Her time, compassion, care and training that she has invested in them is nothing shy of incredible. Her love for all dogs makes her a perfect fit for the responsibility of caring for yours while you’re away or at work.

My dog care varies based on each specific animal. What works for one dog may not for another. I have a dog with aggression/trust issues and what works for him may not work for another. Each dog has their own specific needs and I will adapt to them! Trusting the owner and what they prefer and know to be best for the dog will also be beneficial for all of us during service for the best and most enjoyable outcomes!

What do they prefer? How are they with new people and situations? How are they on a leash? Do they know commands or have any “party tricks”? Do they have any medical conditions or allergies? Do they take any medications I should be aware of? Is there anything they don’t like? Is there anything they really like?
A typical day
I love to play games that make the dog work physically and mentally like “find it” with treats and fetch! We would go for walks and hangout outside if the weather permits. We’d hangout and listen to our favorite music and watch TV when it was time to snuggle!

Availability
I am a nurse, I work 3 days a week and am looking for something the other days of the week to keep me busy. I will be working per diem this fall and would love to do this full time! My schedule is not set but I can be flexible.
