Hello! My name is Erin, and like everyone on this platform, I love animals! I have been a pet owner for most of my life, I currently own a cat named Charlie, and a ball python named Casper. Although I am new to Rover, I have been pet sitting for years. I have pet-sat for all kinds of animals–from dogs, cats, and birds, all the way to arachnids, hedgehogs, hamsters, snakes, geckos, and even an axolotl. I am a college student at the University of Oregon currently, but I am taking a light course load so I can pursue my passion of caring for, and learning about all types of animals. I am experienced in caring for many different breeds and sizes of dogs, and I am easily adaptable to any special requirements your pet might have. I would love to care for your dog or cat, but I am also available to care for our more obscure friends such as birds, reptiles, arachnids, insects, etc. As I mentioned earlier, I love all kinds of animals, so I spend a considerable amount of my free time researching care requirements for animals all across the board. If you own an animal that I am not as familiar with, you can guarantee I will do my research to make sure your pet is happy, safe, and healthy while you're away! Every animal is different, so if your little friend has special care requirements, smells/sounds/locations that scare them, or any other important traits please do not hesitate to let me know so that I can make sure I'm caring for your animal to the best of my ability!
