Erin was nothing but professional. My wife and I felt extremely at ease knowing she was with our pets in our home. She made sure to come out prior to the visit to meet everyone and understand in detail their needs before we left. She was sure to send updates and pictures which again was great for us to feel comfortable that our fur children were being cared for. We were even more impressed when we returned to a detailed letter as to when they were all last fed and that she had washed the bedding and towels. We would highly recommend Erin and in fact have already booked her again for our next trip.

We highly recommend Erin Kelm. Erin cared for our two dogs on day visits for a week. She is a kind, intelligent, positive young woman. Erin seemed very relaxed and familiar with dogs and their needs. Our pups range from a 13 lb. 13 year old to a 60 + lb 10 month old puppy. She happily worked with them both. Erin communicated with us on a regular basis, and understood and carried out the instructions for their particular needs. We and the dogs have already requested she cares for them again, and we look forward to seeing her!
