This past year I worked at a vet hospital in Savannah, GA. I worked there for 8 months before I recently moved back to Columbia. I also worked for a pet sitting business and doggy daycare in Savannah for three years. Before that, I took care of pets for family friends around Charleston, SC, and I have grown up taking care of my own dogs and other pets. I have experience with dogs, cats, small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, etc) and some reptiles/amphibians (leopard geckos, turtles, fish, etc). I know how to administer insulin shots, eye drops, ear drops, etc. I can walk several dogs at a time. When pet sitting, I usually walk/play with pets, feed, and give fresh water to pets at every visit. I will scoop any litter, bring in mail/packages, water plants, and clean up any messes made by the pets as well. If your pet has any other special needs (such as medication, specific dietary requirements, etc.), I have no problem completing them. I am available Monday-Friday after 12:30pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
