Erin took good care of my animals. She was reliable and resourceful. She handled the complexities of a 2 cat and 2 dog household. She sent me pictures after every visit. I recommend Erin!

Erin took great care of my dog and was always prompt and sent pictures.

Both of my boys (dogs) are anxious in different ways and she was great with them. She sent me a picture of them and was patient, which I know they appreciate. She also was willing to meet them early as they can be a little hesitant with strangers. No complaints!

I booked two 30-minute walks for my dogs (2 dogs) during the 12:30–1:00 PM timeframe because that is when they are accustomed to their regular walker arriving. Unfortunately, the timing and duration of the walks did not match what was booked and paid for. On Tuesday, Erin arrived at 12:58 PM and the walk was marked complete at 1:28 PM on Rover. However, my kennel camera showed the dogs were returned and back in their kennels by 1:22 PM, meaning approximately 6 minutes of the paid walk time were spent kenneled. On Thursday, Erin arrived at 12:44 PM and ended the walk at 1:05 PM, making the total time significantly shorter than the 30 minutes booked. The walking route taken is one I personally walk daily, and it typically takes only about 15–20 minutes. Overall, I feel I did not receive the full service I paid for due to both late arrivals and shortened walks. I am glad my dogs at least had the opportunity to go outside and potty, but I was disappointed with the experience.
